We are not responsible for USPS mishandling of subscription copies and damaging them. If your copy is damaged in mailing and unreadable, please contact us. We will provide a one-time courtesy replacement copy per subscription with all postage and handling costs to reship another copy to be paid by the requester. Insurance is NOT available for subscription mailings, therefore, DO NOT select insurance in the shopping cart. If you require insurance, please purchase your new copies individually rather than through a subscription, and purchase insurance. Individually ordered copies are shipped in a bend-resistant cardboard mailer.
Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy: Once the subscription order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Yearly subscriptions are paid in advance. There is no provision for refunds once the subscription starts.
