Night of the Living Dead - George Romero - Judith O'Dea - DVD New Sealed

George Romero's classic tale of zombies that love a good serving of tripe...the human kind, that is!

Brother and sister Barbara and Johnny are traveling to the small town where their father is buried to put a wreath on his grave. Upon their arrival they find that the town has a creepy aura, as if something is wrong ("creepy aura"?? Hey, there's dead people walking around!).

Then a stranger attacks Barbara and Johnny dies (bitten by the "stranger") trying to defend her from this mysterious attacker. She flees to a nearby farmhouse to find out the town's deadly secret: the recently dead have been coming back to life to feed on the living!

The plot (nuclear radiation awakens the dead) sounds silly, but more than one generation has had nightmares after seeing this landmark tale of flesh-craving corpses. Watch closely for one of the most unintentionally hilarious lines of dialogue ever uttered on screen: the sheriff's description of the best way to "take out" the zombies.

Often called the first truly modern horror movie, Night of the Living Dead was made on a shoestring budget yet still manages to shock audiences today.

Bonus Features: Digitally remastered for superior picture and sound quality, Chapter Stops and Interactive Menus.

Brand-new and factory sealed.
