Refunds/Returns
We offer refunds for returned items only under the following conditions:
If a customer wishes to return any item(s) purchased from MyMovieMonsters.com or ScaryMonstersMagazine.com for a refund, they must first request an authorization number from us via email at eeeck_mail@mymoviemonsters.com or by phone at (951) 600-7154 within 3 days of delivery of the item(s).
If a return is authorized by us, the item(s) must be returned within 10 days at the expense of the buyer. Once we receive the item(s) and determine that the item(s) are still in new condition, unopened, and in original shrink-wrap and/or manufacturer packaging, we will provide to the customer a refund (less the initial shipping cost and the PayPal fee we were charged for the sale) to PayPal.com within two days of receipt of the returned items. Depending on the order, there may be a 20% restocking fee.
Certain items marked "all sales final" in their item descriptions will not be available for refunds/returns.
Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy: Once the subscription order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Yearly subscriptions are paid in advance. There is no provision for refunds once the subscription starts.
