One Million Years B.C. - Raquel Welch - John Richardson - DVD New Sealed

In this vivid and really far-fetched view of supposed prehistoric life, a man (Richardson) from the "mean-spirited" Rock People is banished from his home. He soon finds himself among the kind, gentle Shell People and falls head-over-club for one of their loving tribeswomen (Welch), whose hair and makeup for a primitive person are amazingly impeccable. Then the twosome decide to take on the world together. Awwwww, isn't that special?

The film's saving grace is its pioneering special effects by the legendary Ray Harryhausen, which despite Welch's out-of-place character, makes it a true sci-fi classic.
