From Roger Corman, the director of Little Shop of Horrors, this earlier feature has a similar mix of ironic humor and icky gore (any relation to Tipper?). Dick Miller plays a nobody (which means, presumably, he's a somebody) who gains fame among the beatniks for his realistic sculptures, made by covering dead bodies with clay (so, THAT'S how they do it!).

In just two days, Corman directed this funny cult horror classic that chronicles a skid row flower shop assistant's dilemma with a demanding, vociferous and carnivorous plant named Audrey. Jack Nicholson makes his screen debut.
