This incredibly detailed figure features the likeness of Boris Karloff as The Mummy. Includes scroll, scroll case, stone tablet and figure stand.
Universal Studios created and truly defined the horror film genre beginning in the 1920s. Among Universal's most legendary stars was Karloff, whose 60-year career would include some 170 films. His role as The Mummy would lead to many subsequent related films but no other actor could come close to Karloff's initial effort.
The 1932 film The Mummy (also available here at MyMovieMonsters.com) is the story of Im-ho-tep, a high priest that is buried alive, locked away in darkness in a sealed Egyptian tomb. As the seal breaks open, he comes back to life after 3,700 years in a search to find his long-lost love.
