Universal Studios Frankenstein 8" Silver Screen Edition figure sculpted by Sideshow Toy artist Oluf W. Hartvigson. Very hard to find and no longer available in stores!

This incredibly detailed figure features the likeness of Boris Karloff as Frankenstein's Monster in the role that made him famous. Includes torch, chains and figure stand.

Universal Studios created and truly defined the horror film genre beginning in the 1920s. Among Universal's most legendary stars was Karloff, whose careeer spanned nearly 60s years during which he appeared in about 170 films.

The 1931 film Frankenstein (also available here at MyMovieMonsters.com) is the story of a tragic scientific experiment by Dr. Frankenstein in his attempt to create human life. The resulting monster he creates out of body parts and a criminal brain tries desparately to be understood and accepted with horrifying results.

Collectors Note: This is the black & white Silver Screen Edition. Packaging condition is C-6 Very Good/Good with some shelf wear and bent or creased corners on backing card.
