A "juvenile delinquent" film turned horror thriller starring people you've never heard of and will never see again. (Now, how many movies can claim that?) 1961 (75 min.) B&W. A disturbed young man, haunted by the ghost of his own murdered wife, goes around hacking young brides to death. Shot in fluid, cinematic style (whatever that means) and strong on vivid imagery, "Hatchet for the Honeymoon" is a wonder of craftsmanship and natural talent.
