100 years after Dr. John Malthus is executed for heinous experiments in his pursuit of eternal life, his grandson, Dr. Martin Malthus, discovers the elder's hidden laboratory. There, among cobwebs and broken flasks, are notes detailing every horrifying experiment.

Martin becomes obsessed and finally digs up his grandfather's body and reanimates the corpse. Martin recognizes too late that John's quest for everlasting life comes at the cost of others; in order for him to stay alive, a steady stream of blood from young, innocent women (but of course!) is needed.

Will Martin destroy one of science's greatest triumphs and send his grandfather back to the grave, or will he let the endless killing spree continue to appease John's thirst for life?
