Advertising Information & Important Distribution Update

After 35 years of bringing classic monster magazines to readers, we have an important change to share with our advertisers and readers.

September 2026 will mark the final month that Scary Monsters and Castle of Frankenstein will be available on the newsstands at Barnes & Noble and Books-A-Million. Beginning after that issue, our magazines will no longer be distributed through traditional retail newsstands. However, they will still be available directly from us through subscriptions, individual preorders, online and mail orders at MyMovieMonsters.com, and through our authorized wholesalers. Of course, they will also be available in-store at Monsters On Main, 510 Main St, Van Buren AR 72956-5110.

But don't worry - the monsters aren't going anywhere!

Both Scary Monsters and Castle of Frankenstein have a substantial and loyal subscriber base, and we are excited to continue bringing our classic monster publications directly to the fans who have supported the magazine for more than three decades!
