ABOUT THIS ISSUE:
There were 2 versions of the same art considered for the cover of FREAKY MONSTERS #4. The first (unused) version was patterned on a 1960s "floating head" illustration of New York TV Horror Host, Zacherley after editor Ferry observed a striking similarity between Ernest Thesiger as Dr. Pretorius and Zach . The second version was a fully rendered view. After viewing mock-ups of the two cover designs Ferry decided to go with the fully rendered design instead of the "floating head" design.
We also offer Freaky Monsters #1, 2, 3 & Freaky Tales #1, and other freakishness from the fiend that would be Ferry. Get your copy before they're gone for ghould!
